There is a leather sofa with a coffee table, a wardrobe with a complete body mirror as well as a comfortable double bed. Furthermore the apartment has got a large west balcony with a sun blind and a beautiful view of the garden. balcony table  and chairs are at your disposal.

The apartment offers a large Samsung LCD-TV with satellite television (40 transmitters), a Sony Micro HiFi  music centre with CD-Player,  radio and a tape deck (CD’s of various music styles are available).

Beside a cosy dinette the apartment has a separate new and modern fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, refrigerator with a freezing compartment,   toaster,  microwave oven and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle. The floor mat of the kitchen is also new and complete the kitchen.

The bathroom is well-furnished with a bath with a bath tub and showering device, hair dryer and a large cosmetics mirror. An iron and an iron board are at your disposal.
